Trade pricing is for business use. Personal entitlements are non-transferable. Retail and trade lanes are kept separate — details in §5.
Warranty policy 18-month member warranty
Member purchases carry an 18-month warranty. Retail purchases carry a 12-month standard warranty.
Manufacturing defects and early failures of the delivered product under normal use, from the delivery date of the covered order.
Damage from misuse, improper installation, modification, accidents or normal wear; consumables outside their stated service life; and failures caused by third-party parts or unauthorized repair. Coverage applies by product line — every listing shows its warranty badge on the product page.
Members don’t wait for an inspection cycle: replacement or credit is issued first, and POCYBER verifies in the background. Evidence is collected by photo — no shipping back to China.
Approved claims are handled with US-local exchange and no return shipping to China. Claims are submitted through the Warranty Center (form + step-by-step).
Pricing & upgrades
Trade pricing is a wholesale tier off public retail list. Your tier discount rate is locked for the membership year — it does not change when list prices move.
Tiers upgrade automatically as your rolling annual volume grows — no forms, no sales calls, no re-negotiation.
List prices may adjust with supplier costs on 14 days’ notice. Your tier discount rate is unaffected by list movements.
Volume tier thresholds are not published. If you believe you qualify for a higher tier, contact your account manager — qualification is assessed on your actual purchase history.
Refunds · renewals · termination

- Reselling Trade/DIY-Pro-priced goods to non-member retail channels for arbitrage
- Registering with a business credential for personal-only use
- Malicious or fraudulent warranty claims
POCYBER monitors activity and reserves the right to audit membership usage. Enforcement details are internal and not published.
General terms
POCYBER’s liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. Neither party is liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including lost profits or business interruption.
Purchase data is used to provide service and to reconcile your account. We do not sell your data. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Products are sold subject to applicable export control and trade regulations. You agree to comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
These policies are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR. Nothing in these policies limits any consumer protection rights you may have under US law.
