The seat is versatile – usable while standing, foldable, and easily removable. The scooter’s weight gives it a sturdy, quality feel. I even survived riding over a curb recently! The cruise control activates with a beep after 5 seconds and works seamlessly. I favor the red power brake over the hand brake. It handles my work commute’s uphill section effortlessly. I won’t delve into technical specifications, but I wholeheartedly recommend this scooter. Assembly was simple (and I’m notoriously bad at putting things together) – if it can support my weight, it’ll work for anyone. (Note: My 6’2″, 280-pound husband tried it without issues!)

It’s been about a month now, and the only issue I’ve had so far is the handlebar screws keep coming loose, requiring frequent tightening. Other than that, it works perfectlymy wife and kids love it. The battery charger, tires, lights, and brakes all function flawlessly. I’m really enjoying the scooter.
After another month, it’s still working great, though the handlebar screws still loosen. Some Loctite should fix that. I also discovered that by downloading the app and connecting the scooter, you can reach 30 mph!
I really like this scooter and plan to buy another. I purchased it in July 2024, and as of September 5th, one of the bolts on the rear suspension stripped, damaging the threading. The bottom cover broke as a result, and the suspension doesn’t work as well. I contacted W4MAX and will update when they respond.
Update (September 11th): I managed to reach W4MAXI recommend using their website chat instead of email, as emails take forever. Once I did, the process was smooth, and they were very professional. They initially planned to send a new suspension but ultimately decided to replace the entire scooter! I was shocked and pleasantly surprised. Id definitely recommend this scooter, along with the two-year insuranceyou never know what might happen.
