I’ve owned this scooter for nearly two weeks now, and here are my initial thoughts:
1. Build quality is excellent – feels sturdy and easily supports my 225 lb weight.
2. The app is mediocre – basic functionality with frequent Bluetooth connectivity issues (unsure if phone-related). Needs mapping features.
3. Excellent tires – solid yet grippy like pneumatic tires. Survived a construction staple puncture without issues.
4. Great bell.
5. Handlebars are too small – requires extensions for accessories like phone mounts.
6. Effective braking system – rear disc brake works well with supportive front regenerative braking.
7. Range seems overstated – after 1.5 miles, battery dropped to 90% (at 225 lb). Doubtful about advertised 25-mile range.
8. Rear shock absorption is minimal – front impacts still transmit through handlebars. Might help with seat use.
9. Lock feature requires scooter to remain powered on, draining battery slightly during use.
10. Deck hole (for optional seat) doubles as security point for chains – wish there was a dedicated locking mechanism.
Overall, I’m very pleased with this first scooter purchase and curious to see its long-term performance, particularly regarding battery life and actual range.

Performance is impressive: 16 mph uphill, 20 mph downhill, and 19 mph on flat ground (in sport mode). Though slightly heavy due to its metal frame, I quickly adjusted. The battery lasts all dayI charge it overnight and use it from 7:45 AM to 6:15 PM, still ending with about 27% left. Sport mode is my go-to, and cruise control is convenient since I dont need to hold the throttle. Note: The W4MAX app is required for this feature.
I avoid riding in rain to prevent damage. The built-in lights are bright and stylish at night.
In early December, I experienced throttle issuesloose acceleration and a capped speed of 16 mph (even in sport mode). W4MAX support responded promptly. After sharing photos and videos, they mailed a replacement part, which arrived in two weeks (luckily during winter break). Their service was professional, and the repair was simple.
Overall, Im thrilled with my purchaseits absolutely worth the investment.
