I decided to wait before writing my review to ensure the information would be reliable. Purchasing two scooters for family holiday use gave me a better perspective for comparison.
Assembly was incredibly simple C just two pieces to screw together. While anyone can do it alone, having two people helps align the parts more easily.
I was thoroughly impressed by the scooters’ solid construction. They feel substantial, with heavy-duty metal tubing and no cheap materials.
Both scooters arrived 50% charged, which was a pleasant surprise. The chargers resemble old PC power cords with a standard plug, and the cable length is adequate.
The controls are straightforward: a single button handles power, speed/eco mode, and lights. The lighting system deserves special mentionnot only is there a headlight, but also a red taillight and extended underglow lights, significantly improving nighttime visibility. Safety was a key factor in choosing this model, and the lights deliver. A turn signal feature would be a great addition for future versions.
Battery life has been excellent. With weekly use over a few miles, including hills, I only charge about once a month. On steep inclines (25-30% grade), you’ll notice reduced speed, and the scooter displays battery heat warnings (orange/red bars), though I’ve never had to stop due to overheating.
Speed and handling are outstanding. My kids have hit 18 mph, but I prefer 11-14 mphno complaints about speed limitations. The tires are larger than expected, with more rubber, providing a smooth ride without being oversized.
The only difference between the two scooters is that one takes slightly longer to charge, possibly due to a weak cell in the battery pack. It hasn’t caused any issues, and both units deserve 5 stars.

I’ve had this scooter for about a week now and I’m loving its quick acceleration. It takes me where I need to go fast and effortlessly. The handling is good and it’s not overly heavy.
There are a few issues, but they don’t bother me too much. The solid wheels are great because I don’t have to worry about air pressure, but I feel every bump. I’m learning how to adjust my stance to absorb the impact better, so there’s a slight learning curve. The sync software is terribleI had to search online to find the right app and figure out how to pair it, and it’s still glitchy. The biggest downside is the batteryit’s just okay. It gets me through my commute, which is only about 3 miles round trip, but if there’s any incline, I can see the battery level drop fast. I’d really love having replaceable batteries on hand.
Overall, would I buy it again? Absolutely, especially for the price.

I absolutely adore this scooter! It’s perfect for my daughter’s daily commute to work. The build quality surpasses other models I’ve researched and inspected personally. Safety was a top priority for me, and this scooter delivers peace of mind with its stable performance. It handles smoothly, gliding over bumps effortlessly without transferring every vibration to the rider. The intuitive controls and reliable power make it ideal for her work commute. Extremely satisfied with this purchase – it will definitely serve her well for countless trips.

Extremely disappointed with my purchase. The product description clearly stated SOLID tires, which was the PRIMARY reason I chose this item. Having previously owned the same scooter model and endured the 3-hour ordeal of replacing both tires (despite being mechanically skilled – even tire shops refused the job), imagine my frustration upon unboxing to find a spare inner tube instead.
Now I’m instructed to return the scooter, await a refund, and repurchase – an impossible 6-week delay for my primary work commute. To add insult, the taillight lens detached during my inaugural ride.
Sincerely,
Longtime customer
UPDATE:
After extended communication, the manufacturer replaced both wheels with proper solid tires and provided a new rear fender with taillight assembly. Current resolution is satisfactory.

I purchased this electric scooter a while back. It’s incredibly user-friendly! I have to recommend it to you. Operating it is straightforward – even a complete beginner like me could figure it out quickly after glancing at the manual. The acceleration is smooth and gradual, eliminating any sudden jerks. It’s perfect for short trips around the neighborhood, saving considerable time.
The battery performance surpassed my expectations. A full charge lasts several days with my regular usage, completely eliminating range anxiety. For moderate commutes, the battery life is more than adequate.
Its one-button folding mechanism makes transportation effortless – easy to carry upstairs and compact for storage at home or in tight spaces. The scooter is well-equipped with responsive brakes that stop instantly with gentle pressure. Front and rear lights plus reflective strips ensure nighttime visibility and safety. The tires offer excellent traction, maintaining stability on uneven surfaces without slipping.

We’ve always wanted an e-scooter. Since we already had one, we needed another to prevent family arguments over sharing it. We took it to the park, rode around several times, and our boys even went to a nearby shopping center and back without draining the battery. It’s energy-efficient, user-friendly, and conveniently folds and locks. The lightweight design makes it easy to transport in and out of the car.

Our old scooter was quite slow, but the new one is impressively fast, reaching up to 19 mph while being speed-limited for safety. It performs well on both uphill and downhill rides. The handles feature a soft, rubbery grip for excellent control, and the acceleration is responsive and smooth. The build quality is sturdy for its price range, making it ideal for kids aged 10 and upmy 10- and 12-year-old sons take turns riding it around the neighborhood, often receiving compliments. Everyone finds it enjoyable, and the battery life is outstanding, requiring just one weekly charge with daily use. In our experience, the battery performance is more than sufficient. Wed rate it a perfect 10/10were extremely satisfied with this scooter.

I was searching for a reliable scooter for campground use, believing an electric model would be more economical than a golf cart. While the scooter has merits, it falls short on rough terrain. It performs poorly on gravel and grass, being designed mainly for paved surfaces. Many campground areas have unpaved paths, limiting its usefulness.
On pavement, however, it excels. Reaching the maximum 20 mph is effortless. My heavier-set husband, near the weight limit, found it handled smoothly. The dual front suspension works perfectly on smooth surfaces but struggles on uneven ground.
Despite terrain limitations, it’s a quality scooter with excellent features. The large digital display, powerful motor, dual speed options, long battery life, and high speed capability have all proven dependable. The built-in headlight is essential for night riding safety, while the electric code lock helps prevent unauthorized use by children.
Assembly was quick – under 10 minutes for handlebar installation. The modern, foldable design makes storage convenient. Overall, it’s a solid scooter, though I wish it performed better on varied surfaces.
Korbin –
The mileage is perfect for me and is just slightly below the advertised speed, which is accurate. I’ve been able to reach 19 mph. The suspension isn’t great on bumpy sidewalks, so I mostly ride on the streets. The cruise control is excellent, and the headlight, while not very wide, effectively illuminates what’s ahead. I used to spend $200 on Spin scooters over three months of regular commuting, so this scooter saves a lot of money if you’re someone who frequently rents Spin scooters.

Got my first electric scooter, but it didn’t work. Tried turning it on – nothing. Amazon refused to handle returns or replacements, directing us to contact the seller. The seller claimed it was likely a faulty controller and promised to send a replacement, giving us 30 days to return the original. They provided tracking for the second scooter, but it was shipped to the wrong address in a different state, not ours. Now we’re stuck in endless email exchanges with this overseas company. Two weeks of frustration later, all we have is a $300 loss to show for it.

I debated between this and the Segway G30 Max, unsure how often I’d use it. The specs match Segway’s, the price is fair, and positive reviews convinced me to get the G2 Pro. I’ve logged over 100 miles with zero issues. It drops 1 MPH with lights on and maintains 18 MPH at 30% battery. I use it constantly for fun C living in a cul-de-sac, I take daily rides to escape my home office. My son loves our bus stop trips on it; it’s made him enjoy school.
At 6′ 215 lbs, and 265 lbs with my son, it handles well. Solo, it hits 19 MPH consistently. Even on my neighborhood’s steep incline, it climbs at 10 MPH. I only use sport mode and got slightly over 10 miles per charge.
I take it on trips to explore towns C super portable. For an affordable, reliable scooter, this is a solid pick.

I initially rated this 1 star due to missing charger and screws, but we later found them. (Too early, not enough coffee.) This is amazing, thank you!
Rohan –
Bought this for my son. It works really well with great speed and is perfect for commuting to school. He rides it between school and practice sessions. While he mentions it doesn’t reach the advertised top speed, he’s very satisfied overall. The scooter remains stable – my son weighs 170 lbs at 5’8″. Battery life is reliable. It’s a convenient, space-saving transportation solution that’s easy to store.
Penelope King –
The device stopped functioning and wouldn’t power on. I contacted support, who promptly sent a replacement battery. My husband installed it, and now it’s working perfectly! Extremely satisfied with their excellent customer service!
Filare Lihak –
I bought this scooter primarily for short trips to my brother’s house a mile away on quiet streets, testing the 18-mile, 20mph model with 10-inch tires. Assembly was quick – just attaching the handlebars. After a full charge, I tested it at a local park until the battery drained completely.
As a 6’1″, 230lb rider, I considered myself a good test case. On flat terrain, it reached 19mph, maintaining speed until the battery hit the red zone. I completed 40 laps in 40 minutes before the scooter died, covering 9.6 milesabout half the advertised range. While 18 miles seemed optimistic, I expected at least 12. Lighter riders may achieve better results.
The scooter has two speed modes, best selected before riding since adjusting mid-ride is tricky with one hand. The centrally placed controls aren’t easily accessible while moving. The shock absorbers performed well, handling tree roots and pine cones smoothly, and the tires provided solid traction. The headlight offered sufficient brightness for night rides.
Though disappointed by the range, the scooter remains useful for neighborhood trips.
Hazel Stewart –
Purchased this scooter for my 10-year-old son. He absolutely loves it, best thing since sliced bread. The build is solid and it arrived securely packaged to prevent any shipping damage. Delivery was 2 days earlier than estimated – awesome job, guys, you nailed it. The design is attractive and very user-friendly. The 500W motor provides perfect power for my son; I tested it myself at 78kg and it handled well though struggled slightly on hills in my neighborhood – no issues with my son’s lighter weight though. He zips around visiting friends nonstop. Battery life exceeded expectations (varies by usage) and charges easily via the included cable and built-in port. Overall rating 9/10 for value. The LED display between handlebars is a slick feature showing essential metrics. I opted for the ASURION 2-year protection plan – smart choice for a Hell Blazer owner though thankfully unused so far. This isn’t a toy but proper transport – I’ve taught my son to maintain and respect it accordingly. Kudos to the makers! As an adult Hell Blazer myself, I’d definitely buy their more powerful adult model. Like all things, proper care ensures longevity and enjoyment.
Aiden Mitchell –
The scooter claims a 12-mile range on a full charge but only gets 7 miles. It’s a great scooter, but I would’ve chosen a different model if it had better range.
Anthony –
I truly enjoy the products and their fast speed. They just need to enhance the app features, such as lock and unlock functions. The cruise control and maximum speed settings are very practical.
River –
Excellent battery life, tricky to set up but easy to use, adore the stylish hydraulic brakesdefinitely a standout upgrade from the standard model. The larger 10-inch tires are a great touch, enhancing the scooter’s visual appeal. A fantastic budget-friendly option for both teens and adults!

After using the W4MAX electric scooter extensively, I can confidently say it excels for both commuting and recreational use. The lighting system stands out immediately C its strategically placed front and rear lights deliver exceptional nighttime visibility, enhancing both my safety and awareness from other road users.
What truly impresses me is the dual handbrake system. The independent front and rear brakes provide precise stopping power, inspiring confidence at any speed with their smooth yet responsive performance. This safety-focused design makes urban riding significantly more secure.
Build quality exceeds expectations with premium, durable materials throughout. The robust yet lightweight frame demonstrates thoughtful engineering, clearly designed for long-term reliability. W4MAX has successfully created a scooter that balances sturdiness with practical portability.
