This is my initial electric scooter, which I’ve ridden for approximately two weeks. I primarily use it for daily commuting. The scooter offers effortless handling and a sturdy build. With impressive speed, it features both electric and manual brakes for emergency stops, providing excellent safety. The battery maintains charge effectively, and I genuinely love riding it.

This electric scooter has surpassed all my expectations! Its sleek, modern design combines with robust yet lightweight construction for easy portability. The battery performance is outstanding – a single charge delivers extended range, ideal for daily commutes. It offers a smooth riding experience with highly responsive brakes that ensure safety. The foldable mechanism is a game-changer, allowing compact storage without occupying much space. Delivering exceptional value, this scooter is a fantastic eco-friendly transportation solution that I wholeheartedly recommend!

This is the gift I got for my 14-year-old son, and he absolutely adores it. When he received the scooter, he assembled it himself – very easy to put together. It’s not overly heavy but has enough weight to maintain balance while riding. The quality is excellent, definitely worth a 5-star review. Highly recommend!

This review covers the W4MAX Electric Scooter featuring Smart APP integration, 19.9-mile range, 18 MPH speed, 350W motor, 10″ solid tires, rear suspension, turn signals, and foldable design for adults and teens… Sold by W4MAX Store:
– The scooter’s construction quality stands out as remarkable.
– Setup is quick and effortless, getting you riding in no time.
– It offers stable handling and smooth operation.
– While enjoyable, I’d prefer slightly higher speed for more excitement.
– Currently, the Smart APP doesn’t list this model – hoping for an update soon.
– Priced fairly at $239.00, it outperforms most competitors in this speed and quality bracket.
– Two thumbs up for both its thoughtful design and meticulous craftsmanship.

I own several electric scooters. In my opinion: The suspension isn’t very comfortable. The automatic cruise control is extremely irritating. It’s supposed to reach 15mph but consistently lags behind my other scooters in side-by-side comparisons, despite having the same top speed.
I’m pleased they’ve reduced the price to $360 at the time of my review, which seems much fairer for this scooter. For kids or casual riders, it should suffice. However, if you’ve ever used rental scooters, you’ll notice the difference.
I don’t want to sound overly negativeit’s not terriblebut compared to other scooters in the same price range, I was at least somewhat disappointed. It mostly performs as advertised and gets you from point A to B, with decent battery life. Still, considering the issues I mentioned, I maintain my 3.8/5 rating (rounded to 4).

The customer service was incredibly supportive and quick to respond. Initially, I had an issue with my W4MAX that left me dissatisfied, but the support team promptly contacted me to resolve it, ultimately replacing it with a brand-new unit that arrived swiftly. As a gesture for the inconvenience, they also included a free phone mount, which was a pleasant surprise. Overall, I was extremely impressed with how they escalated and managed the situation by personally reaching out. I wouldnt hesitate to contact them again if any further issues arise.

Updated Review: December 2024
The seller contacted me and proposed sending a complimentary scooter if I’d reconsider my review. Despite having received a full refund from the initial return, they wanted an opportunity to change my perspective after I left a 1-star rating for receiving a defective product. They shipped a replacement scooter that functions perfectlyexactly as I’d originally hoped! The acceleration and handling are excellent, and folding the fork for portability is straightforward. This is a clear customer service win!
Original Review: March 2024
The scooter had an appealing design but was nonfunctionalit wouldn’t charge or operate. Customer support suggested complex electrical repairs far beyond my skill level. Concerned about causing further damage, I processed an Amazon return instead.

The W4MAX scooter fails to deliver the advertised 500W power. After testing both a genuine 350W Gotrax scooter and the W4MAX model, the performance difference is obvious. While the Gotrax handles my driveway incline at an expected speed for its rating, the supposedly more powerful W4MAX struggles noticeably. At 170lbs, I expected better performance – this is deeply disappointing for a scooter claiming 500W output.

Bought this scooter for my son to ride around the neighborhood. It reaches decent speeds and has good battery life. I even use it myself for quick trips like checking the mail. The companion app is handy for locking it remotely and unlocking higher speeds (according to my son). While it folds for storage, it’s somewhat heavy to carry far – but that wasn’t my main reason for buying it. The wiring seems excessive, though I guess the length allows better steering – I just worry about snags or damage. After researching options, I’m satisfied with both the Black Friday price and the overall quality for what I paid.

It performs as expected. The acceleration is quite good or slightly abrupt based on personal taste. The phone app could be improved, but overall it’s good value for the price.

I enjoyed it. It was a gift for my 13-year-old grandson. He appears to really like it. It has been functioning well.

My daughter gifted me the W4MAX Electric scooter for my birthday – an awesome present even for a 60-year-old like me. This user-friendly scooter boasts over 5 hours of battery life with quick charging in just a couple hours. Its foldable design makes transportation effortless, while its sturdy construction handles rough terrain well. Reaching speeds up to 18 mph, it features functional head and tail lights for night rides, plus bike-style brakes with brake lights.
Initially, I used it to commute from my car to the boat ramp after launching. My wife loved it so much we purchased a second unit weeks later. Though the second scooter arrived with a damaged fender, customer service representative Danica W. promptly responded to my email (the only contact option) and efficiently arranged a replacement with regular updates until delivery.
Now we regularly enjoy weekend rides together, exploring local parks and beaches. For anyone seeking fun outdoor mobility, I highly recommend these scooters for recreational cruising.

Edit: W4MAX has replied, but I’m still waiting for a solution. After just one month of using the W4MAX scooter, it suddenly shut off while I was riding. I’ve tried charging it, adjusting internal connections, and other troubleshooting steps, but it still won’t power on. I’ve only owned this for a month! My attempts to reach support have been unsuccessfulcalls go to voicemail, and I’ve also emailed them. Now I’m waiting to see if they respond.

I’ve tested many small electric scooters across entry, mid, and high tiers. This model sits between low and mid-tier pricing while offering excellent value. It features front suspension where you need it most, since most weight shifts forward at speed. The rear-mounted brake performs better than a front brake would. Assembly is quick – you’ll be riding within minutes of unboxing.
While slightly wider than basic scooters, it remains portable. The suspension and larger battery add some weight, but this improves stability at higher speeds. The handlebar folding mechanism could be smoother, though it’s not a major issue.
My biggest complaint is the unintuitive lock mode. After not riding for a while, I always need the manual to remember how to unlock it. This security feature may prevent unauthorized use, but sacrifices user-friendliness. The scooter reaches 20mph, handles well, and provides an enjoyable ride.

This electric scooter provides an excellent commuting solution with solid performance. Assembly was simple, needing minimal setup, and the included tools and spare screws were helpful. The 350W motor delivers smooth handling across different terrains, while the airless tires remove puncture concerns. Acceleration and cruise control are user-friendly, and the integrated lights improve nighttime visibility. The folding design simplifies storage, though the 44-pound weight is noticeable when lifting. Battery life and range meet daily needs, though the limited warranty and parts details are minor drawbacks. Overall, it’s a dependable and fun urban transport option.

This scooter brand and model remains the best I’ve seen at this price point! It withstands extreme abuse, even surviving a 19mph collision with a 3-foot cinder block wall while going UPHILL – only sustaining cosmetic damage to the handlebar post. Yes, you read that right: 19mph UPHILL! The torque and power are incredible. At 165lbs with a 12lb backpack, I never drop below 17mph and consistently hit 19mph climbing EVERY HILL IN MY AREA!!!! The high-quality steel construction strikes the perfect balance – not too heavy yet never feels clumsy. It outperforms all rental scooters! These S2Pro Highboys are my top recommendation for sub-$500 scooters, rivaling models twice their price. 10/5 rating! My customized Highboy W4MAX showcases my dedication – every Amazon purchase was worth achieving this level of perfection!

The scooter arrived nearly fully assembled, requiring minimal setup – just unfolding and a few screws. It came partially charged, making initial testing convenient. Charging performance is excellent, reaching full capacity in 3 hours. Top speed reaches 19-20 mph. I’m impressed with the design and build quality – very stable and sturdy. My only suggestion would be adding a physical lock feature. While the app allows locking, it keeps the scooter powered on. Could you implement a physical lock in future models? Aside from this, I’m extremely satisfied with its outstanding stability and excellent value for money.

Received the W4MAX 350 watt scooter today. Assembly and app connection were incredibly simple. At 165 lbs, I reached 20 mph in sport mode. It offers three modes, but Eco is painfully slow (around 7 mph) C not sure who’d use it. Slow mode hits about 12 mph. After a full charge, I took an 11.4-mile ride, and the app showed 40% battery remaining, which impressed me. Using sport and slow modes, I estimate a solid 20-mile range. For the price, this scooter excels at short commutes and saves on gas. Overall, very satisfied. Rated 4 stars instead of 5 due to the lack of dual shocks C the ride gets BUMPY. Solid tires (not air-filled) and no dual shocks mean you feel every bump. Smooth pavement is fine, but rough sidewalks or terrain? VERY BUMPY. That said, for the price, this scooter delivers outstanding value C unbeatable quality for the money.

This scooter is decent overall and performed its basic functions, though I was slightly let down by its imperfect condition upon arrival. My main problem was with two screws that refused to fit no matter which tool I usedstandard screwdriver or Allen key. This stability issue made me hesitant to ride it frequently due to safety worries.
Amalia –
While it may be somewhat pricey, it’s definitely worth the investment. I typically walk to work, but this device has reduced my commute time by 80%. It reaches impressive speeds, so caution is advised. As someone who doesn’t frequently ride skateboards, I find it remarkably fast. The lights are impressive and display your current speed. The brakes are exceptionally strong, which is essential given how much faster this goes than anticipated. Overall, it’s an excellent purchase. Additionally, it comfortably accommodates both me and my girlfriend while maintaining great speed.
