Pretty amazing. Never imagined I’d own an e-scooter. Guess a torn Achilles made me buy it. Helps with my work commute. Only issue is the odd brake leverfeels slightly unstable when braking, and the handlebars are a bit narrow for broad-shouldered folks. But overall, it’s a great product.

The scooter arrived very lateover a week after ordering. When I turned it on, an E3 error appeared on the display, and I have no idea why. Now I have to return it for a replacement. Its also extremely heavy; as a short girl, I cant carry it easily like others. I wanted to use it for college and work, but the weight worries me.
Update: I got my replacement and tested it. Im impressedafter riding 8 miles, the battery was at 81%. It handles bumps and hills really well.

On the positive side, the battery arrived fully charged and ready to use. Assembly was nearly nonexistentjust attach the handlebar, tighten one screw, and you’re set. At around 30 lbs, it’s standard for its size. The functionality is straightforward, and the app works well.
Id recommend it for short trips up to a few miles, but not for longer distances. At 208 lbs, I reached 18 mph, and the brakes were very responsive. Overall, a decent choice for quick commutes.

My order arrived today. I can’t remove the handlebar post from the fender latch. I already damaged the fender and its light, but still can’t release the latch. I can bench press 225 pounds, yet I’m not strong enough for this latch! The manual suggests visiting W5Pros.com for support, but the site is down. This is hands down the worst Amazon purchase I’ve ever made. DO NOT BUY THIS.
