The build quality is excellent, and it includes all the features we wanted. My son did slightly damage the kickstand after going off the sidewalk, but when I reached out to the manufacturer through their website, they responded promptly by email. They sent a replacement kickstand free of charge, provided a tracking number, and made sure I was fully satisfied with their product. I highly recommend this scooter for its higher weight capacity, durability, great value, and outstanding customer service.

As others mentioned, there’s a single button on the footplate that must be pressed while riding: one press activates low speed (green lights), double-press engages high speed (blue lights). Hold the button and kick-start the scooter to engage the motor. The unclear instructions likely cause many users difficulty. It doesn’t fold, as others have noted, and is clearly a budget kids’ e-scooter, but my child enjoys it. I’d rate it 3 stars, or perhaps 3.5 – rounding up to 4 out of generosity.

I initially worried about the weight limit since I’m 10 pounds over, but it handles perfectly. The construction is solid with an all-metal deck and sturdy welds. The cruise control feature is convenient C maintain speed for 3 seconds to activate, then disengage by pressing the throttle again. Excellent value for the price.
