I had my mechanic install these in my 2012 Hyundai Elantra. They’re fantastic so far, serving as my primary nighttime headlights with significantly brighter illumination. I absolutely love them! Hopefully they’ll last a long time like LEDs typically do. I also bought the H7 bulbs, thinking they’d work for my high beams and daytime running lights (those small ones that stay on constantly), but had to return them due to incompatibility. I would’ve loved to upgrade all my bulbs to LED.

Upgraded the headlights in my 2012 Kia Sorento with these LEDs and the difference is amazing. Nighttime visibility improved dramatically – it’s hard to explain how much better it is. I anticipated electrical bus error codes after the LED installation, but none appeared. Highly recommend switching to LED headlights, and POCYBER offers an excellent product for this upgrade. Driving an NC at night is terrible. The forward visibility is awful (or maybe I need glasses). Swapping my 6500k bulbs for these 3500k ones made a slight improvement, around 10-15%. The output is so intense that it actually makes my 6500k HIDs seem warmer from the driver’s seat. Will definitely purchase these again!

I’m really pleased with these headlights. They’re different from the halogens and HIDs I’ve used on other vehicles. The instant-on feature is truly instant, as expected with LEDs. While I don’t have measuring tools, to the naked eye, brightness doesn’t drop significantly between 5 and 15 minutes of use (based on my quick night drive observation). They likely regulate heat since the fan’s heat sink got extremely hot—too hot to touch—after just a few minutes when swapping sides. I got lucky with correct polarity on one side but had to reverse the H11 plug on the other, no issue. No flickering was noticeable after 10-15 minutes against the garage door.
Be cautious with certain reflector low beams—some mid-2000s to 2010s GM cars have poorly optimized housings. The wall shots show scatter in the low beam output. This isn’t necessarily the LEDs’ fault, as the filament and LED chip positions align well. The random streaks and extra light above the rectangular hotspots suggest projector housings would improve performance. To reduce glare, I’ll apply a cheap $5 yellow tint film above the low beam cutoff to dim unnecessary light, making it less harsh.
When approaching my car, the brightness was acceptable—not like high beams—but I’d still advise double-checking from other drivers’ perspectives and adjusting accordingly.
Overall, a great upgrade at a reasonable cost. The 6000K color is acceptable (not overly blue), though I’d prefer 5000K. Much better than other bluish options. Highly recommend.
