Ill provide a completely honest review of these lights. Theyre an excellent upgrade for anyone wanting better headlight performance. My 2017 Subaru Outback originally had halogen headlamps (low/high beams and fog lights) that worked fine, but the low beams were particularly dim. These LED lights significantly improved brightness and nighttime visibility. I purchased another set for the fog lights since they use the same bulb type, but they didnt perform as well in that position. In my cars fog lights, these LEDs barely project light upward or downward, only shining sideways, which illuminates sidewalks rather than the road ahead like the original halogens did. My car has projector low beams and reflector fog lights, which might explain this issue C the low beams work perfectly with the LEDs. I didnt replace the high beam halogens since theyre already bright enough, and being reflector beams, they might have similar issues to the fog lights. These LEDs were easy to install, simply plugging into the existing halogen sockets without any setup or error messages. The fanless design is another advantage, reducing potential failure points. I highly recommend them for headlight brightness improvement, though be aware that certain headlight designs may affect light projection.

I installed H13/9008 LED bulbs in my 2005 Nissan Sentra and found them extremely easy to set up. The beam projection is ideal for nighttime driving without causing glare for other drivers. These bulbs provide excellent illumination, matching or surpassing halogen performance. The metal housing effectively dissipates heat, complemented by an internal cooling fan – truly impressive quality.
The light output remains consistent with no flickering issues. They fit perfectly with precise alignment between LED chips and reflectors. The crisp white color is a noticeable upgrade from yellowish halogens. Overall functionality is outstanding.

I won’t comment on longevity since I just finished installing, but here are my observations on a 2007 Camry with OE headlamps and fog lights. While waiting for new headlamps to arrive, I recognize my current poor lighting stems from the aged originals, despite multiple restoration attempts. The difference between these bulbs and my previous Silverstars was immediate – the wider field of view is excellent, allowing me to see curb-to-curb clearly without being overwhelmed by adjacent or oncoming traffic.
I previously tried Lasfit LEDs which ran hot and performed poorly, and while I also ordered Sealights, I’m keeping these bulbs due to their impressive performance, compact design, and nearly silent cooling fans (only audible with the engine off and lights on). Heat output appears minimal, easing concerns about housing damage.
While street signs reflect more noticeably, the clear cutoff line visible on cars ahead at stoplights suggests these aren’t blinding other drivers. I’ll perform final adjustments when installing the new headlamps, but currently these are perfect plug-and-play replacements for OE fixtures.
