All lights work except one. The high beam on the passenger side isn’t working. Flipped the plug, checked connections, then tried a different bulbthe original bulb worked when swapped. Tested the LCD light in a known working slot and confirmed it’s faulty. Contacted customer service but received no response.

I bought this H11 bulb for my 2020 4Runner to replace the low beam bulbs, but it didn’t fit because the 4Runner’s light housing has an edge that blocks the bulb’s heat sink. However, I installed it easily on a 2011 Highlander in under 5 minutes. The bulb produces a clean 6500K white light and is brighter than halogens. At this price, it’s a great value upgrade. Shipping was typical Amazon – arrived a day early in perfect condition.
You can still make it work in a 4Runner by trimming some of the heat sink, though it won’t fit out of the box. Other than that, I’d buy this brand again for my other bulbs.
