After 10 months of use, it works well for short commutes. However, yesterday I took a slightly longer tripabout 18 miles round trip on slow modebut on the way back, the battery died at 32%, forcing me to walk the last 4 miles. I’ve already contacted customer service and hope they resolve the battery issue.

It features an LED display, a kickstand, and multiple lights. The lighting is impressivefront and rear lights, plus turn signals on the handlebar grips! This is a great feature for visibility as night falls. No need to inflate the tires (no valve). Very sturdy, with no component vibrations. The scooter is stable and brakes effectively, maybe even a bit too well. During emergency braking, the rear wheel locks up, risking tire wear on a single spot.
However, it has a few flaws that, in my opinion, cost it a star: The range is decent, but uphill climbs significantly reduce the remaining mileage. Inclines are a weak point for this modelit slows down and struggles to maintain its 25km/h speed, straining the motor, which is a shame. On iOS, I couldnt pair it with the app, though its not a big dealIve managed fine without it.
To wrap up, two more positives: Its foldable handlebar design makes it easy to carry one-handed. The built-in bell is perfectly placed and easy to use. Overall, I think this product is nearly flawless and holds its own against my other well-known brand scooter (except for the much more powerful motor on uphill climbs).
