The packaging is sturdy with no damage upon arrival. Almost ready to use straight out of the boxonly needing handlebar and gooseneck assembly with 4 machined screws. The battery charges in 4 hours. Solid construction and good quality craftsmanship; the scooter performs as advertised. However, be cautious with the automatic cruise controlit functions well but poses a safety concern.

I bought this to ride with my son and it’s been great overall. The battery life is excellent. I ride several miles at a time and even with hills, it hasn’t dropped below 40% charge yet.

I purchased my scooter for leisure a few months back and have already ridden over 100 miles. So far, it’s been trouble-free and performs well. It has enough power for city rides and handles my steep driveway easily. Charging takes approximately 5 hours and provides about 15 miles per charge with my usage. Just watch the battery indicator closely as the last bar depletes rapidly. The only problem I encountered was Bluetooth pairing with the app. However, since the app isn’t necessary for riding, I’m still rating it 5 stars – though potential buyers should note the app may not work properly on Android devices.

Bought this for my son. It works really well with great speed and is perfect for commuting to school. He rides it between school and practice sessions. While he mentions it doesn’t reach the advertised top speed, he’s very satisfied overall. The scooter remains stable – my son weighs 170 lbs at 5’8″. Battery life is reliable. It’s a convenient, space-saving transportation solution that’s easy to store.
Paul –
Decent, my top speed was 19mph. It struggles on hills and the range isn’t great – maybe 6 miles in sport mode. Overall pretty good for $200.

This scooter is ideal for navigating a college campus or similar areas. Its battery life outperforms many other models with exaggerated range claims. The folding design makes storage incredibly convenient. The only minor issue is occasional odd noises at specific angles, but aside from that, it’s a perfect 10/10.

Excellent when functional, but the battery failed in under six months and the charger needed replacement within four months. Buy the extended warranty or prepare to pay for a replacement.

If you need reliable transportation around town, this is the one to choose. It’s easy to transport and folds up to fit in my car, but the biggest selling point for me is the security featureyou can set a password so if someone tries to start it without the code, it won’t move and sounds an alarm!

Edit: W4MAX has replied, but I’m still waiting for a solution. After just one month of using the W4MAX scooter, it suddenly shut off while I was riding. I’ve tried charging it, adjusting internal connections, and other troubleshooting steps, but it still won’t power on. I’ve only owned this for a month! My attempts to reach support have been unsuccessfulcalls go to voicemail, and I’ve also emailed them. Now I’m waiting to see if they respond.

Excellent battery life, tricky to set up but easy to use, adore the stylish hydraulic brakesdefinitely a standout upgrade from the standard model. The larger 10-inch tires are a great touch, enhancing the scooter’s visual appeal. A fantastic budget-friendly option for both teens and adults!

Great scooter. My spouse rides it instead of driving. It works well for both adults and children.

I was slightly concerned about putting the scooter together, but it arrived mostly pre-assembled, making setup effortless. Simply unfolding it and making minor adjustments with the included tools was all that needed. The instruction manual is straightforward and user-friendly. Operating the scooter feels natural, with smooth acceleration and responsive braking. The 10-inch solid tires provide stability while the dual shock absorbers minimize bumps. Connecting to the app was hassle-free, allowing immediate ride customization. An excellent choice for first-time users.

This scooter is not only practical but also stylish. I opted for the black version, which features a sleek, modern design. Its construction is top-notch, with a durable aluminum alloy frame. The 350W motor delivers a smooth and silent ride. The extended battery life is a major plus, allowing me to take long trips without frequent charging concerns. The built-in anti-theft lock via the app provides security when parking in public areas. It perfectly blends aesthetics with performance, and I’m extremely happy with my choice.

My son has been using this scooter since Christmas and absolutely adores it. It transports him to work and back effortlessly. I highly recommend this scooter.
Mia Hernandez –
Underpowered. It’s a decent device but falters on minor slopes. I want to return it for a model with a stronger motor.

This is my first electric scooter and I’m extremely satisfied with my purchase. Assembly was simple, requiring only attaching the handles to the frame with four small screws. It features a locking system and Bluetooth connectivity – particularly impressive is the alarm beep when moved while locked. For added security, I purchased an additional lock. The scooter’s appearance, handling, size and speed all meet my expectations. It folds easily for convenient carrying, and the size is ideal for my needs. One suggestion would be to add an extra hook to the design. Overall, I’m very pleased with this purchase!

I’ve owned this scooter for almost a month and can confidently give it five stars for its price range. That said, higher-priced models offer better alternatives.
This scooter has some distinctive features that may not suit everyone, but if it matches your needs, it’s unbeatable value. Ideal for:
– Commutes under 8 miles one way
– Riders under 225lbs
– Relatively flat terrain
Despite having solid tires, it performs well on wet surfaces. While not fully waterproof, it offers better water resistance than most scooters in this price range. Avoid heavy rain and puddles when possible.
The 350W motor struggles with inclines for heavier riders (near the 265lb limit), reducing top speed to 16MPH (18MPH in perfect conditions). For reference:
– I weigh 255lbs and use a dual 1000W motor scooter (34MPH vs advertised 40MPH)
– Heavier riders may want dual motors for commutes over 3-4 miles one way
The main drawback is the FST battery’s inconsistency – sometimes dropping to 8MPH at 50% charge. I ultimately returned mine due to this reliability issue.
For $500, it’s exceptional value:
– Solid build quality
– Surprisingly smooth ride for solid tires
– Higher weight capacity than competitors
– Spacious deck
– Easy folding mechanism
– Bright, sunlight-readable display
– Compatible with standard bike accessories
Battery notes:
– Below 225lbs, performance decline is less severe (12MPH minimum)
– Replacement batteries cost $150
– Consider upgrading to LG/Samsung when replacing
Tire considerations:
– No flats but rougher ride
– Softer compound improves comfort but wears faster
– Mine showed significant wear after 100-120 miles
– Affordable replacements available
In summary:
– Perfect for 220-250lb riders doing short/medium distances
– Under 220lb riders can expect 18MPH and ~18 mile range
– Best value under $500 despite battery concerns
– Excellent customer support for parts replacement

I’ve only had it for a few days, but my granddaughter loves it. It’s sturdy enough for me to ride too, and feels very heavy-duty. Do your research – many similar products fold like beach chairs, but this one seems solid. It reaches 20 mph with a range of about 18 miles per charge. You could buy a $200 version that might end up costing you in repairs, or invest in this quality one that appears durable. I’ll provide an update later about its long-term performance. So far, it’s working great.
Isabella Edwards –
The scooter is solidly constructed and offers a smooth ride. It maintains an average speed of 15 mph, with the longest trip being around 9 miles10 miles appears to be the one-way limit. I haven’t tested ECO mode (limited to 10 mph) to check if it can reach 18 miles one way, but I doubt it. Charging is quick and simple, assembly is straightforward, and it folds in half with a clip hook for the handlebar. The scooter includes a phone app for theft prevention by locking it down, though Ill still get a U-lock for added security. Its an excellent first scooter, and Ill keep sharing updates on the W4MAX W4MAX.

I adore this scooter. It’s simple to operate and gets used by most family members for quick trips or entertainment. Even my grandchildren enjoy it!
