I bought the H2 but it wasn’t powerful enough to handle hills with me. Although I’m within the weight limit, it still struggled. I upgraded to the Pro model, and it’s been working perfectly! I’m really enjoying using it for getting around. Since I regularly use it for short trips, it will quickly pay for itself compared to what I’d spend on other transportation options.

This scooter is excellent for traveling between locations. I enjoy using it for short-distance trips. Its battery life is impressive, requiring minimal frequent charging.

I’ve had the scooter for two years, using it most weekends, and it still runs perfectly with excellent battery lifeno issues at all. I’ll definitely buy another one.

I purchased all my m365 scooters secondhand from Craigslist and became a self-taught scooter mechanic. My m365 pro’s bearings failed after approximately 2,080 miles (3,347 km). Replacing them was successful but extremely challenging. During the week-long wait for high-quality replacement bearings, I researched new scooters. The m365 pro’s aesthetics appealed to me, and the W4MAX Pro S2 appeared to excel in my priority areas: durability and minimal maintenance. It seems W4MAX asked, “How can we build a more durable scooter than Xiaomi?” – then delivered.
First impressions after a 10-mile ride:
==============================
Assembly was straightforward – just four hex screws to tighten. Charging to 100% took 75-100 minutes. Unfortunately, the W4MAX Pro’s dashboard remains inactive during charging, unlike Xiaomi m365 and Ninebot G30 models that display battery percentage. You must check the power brick’s LED for charging status.
The W4MAX Pro S2 features dual thumb throttles, offering precise control similar to manual transmission. I adapted completely within 10 minutes. Brake placement differs from Xiaomi – the manual brake is on the right handlebar.
Acceleration is smooth, though coasting behavior differs: the scooter maintains speed when releasing the throttle, requiring brief adjustment. A significant improvement over Xiaomi is the taillight wiring – W4MAX carefully designed the exposed sections to prevent the wire degradation that plagued both my m365 models (despite attempted hot glue fixes).
Vibration is present but comparable to skateboards or rollerblades. The rear shocks’ effectiveness is questionable, but they cause no harm. I’ll take minor vibration over frequent flat tires any day. Portability is slightly better than Xiaomi scooters, though bicycle trough navigation remains challenging.
Cosmetically, the scooter looks sharp except for one inconsistent light gray section near the front wheel. The removable front sticker and deck logo (easily covered with electrical tape) are minor issues for someone who dislikes branding.
The compact handlebars are simple to upgrade. I recommend these replacements: https://www.amazon.com/MEETLOCKS-Comfort-Handlebar-Designed-Cycling/dp/B073PT748H/
W4MAX’s market entry is welcome – competition drives development of affordable, durable scooters with replaceable components.

We bought three of these to prevent our three kids from fighting over the single one we owned. Our neighbors recommended this brand, which influenced our choice. Considering the price and features, it’s fantastic. The battery lasts long, and it’s enjoyable to rideeven for adults!

My son’s scooter had a defective tire. Amazon refused to help at all. W4MAX went above and beyond – they sent us a brand-new scooter as replacement without even asking for the faulty one back. This company truly stands by their products, making it an excellent buying experience. You won’t regret purchasing from them, I guarantee it!!

I purchased the GXL MAX Electric Scooter for my son’s daily commute to school. With a 16-mile range and 15.5 mph top speed, it’s ideal for our area. The 10″ solid tires are puncture-proof, eliminating flat concerns. We secure it at school using a disc brake lock and chain, and despite the short distance, my son always wears full safety gear.
The scooter’s affordability stood out among pricier alternatives, while still offering a strong 300W motor for commuting. Its foldable design allows convenient storage when not in use.
It has proven to be a solid purchase so far. I’ll provide updates if our experience changes or we have more to share later.

I adore mine – I barely walk three blocks daily…but now I’m eager to take it on adventures…Pat

I own several electric scooters. In my opinion: The suspension isn’t very comfortable. The automatic cruise control is extremely irritating. It’s supposed to reach 15mph but consistently lags behind my other scooters in side-by-side comparisons, despite having the same top speed.
I’m pleased they’ve reduced the price to $360 at the time of my review, which seems much fairer for this scooter. For kids or casual riders, it should suffice. However, if you’ve ever used rental scooters, you’ll notice the difference.
I don’t want to sound overly negativeit’s not terriblebut compared to other scooters in the same price range, I was at least somewhat disappointed. It mostly performs as advertised and gets you from point A to B, with decent battery life. Still, considering the issues I mentioned, I maintain my 3.8/5 rating (rounded to 4).

Received the W4MAX 350 watt scooter today. Assembly and app connection were incredibly simple. At 165 lbs, I reached 20 mph in sport mode. It offers three modes, but Eco is painfully slow (around 7 mph) C not sure who’d use it. Slow mode hits about 12 mph. After a full charge, I took an 11.4-mile ride, and the app showed 40% battery remaining, which impressed me. Using sport and slow modes, I estimate a solid 20-mile range. For the price, this scooter excels at short commutes and saves on gas. Overall, very satisfied. Rated 4 stars instead of 5 due to the lack of dual shocks C the ride gets BUMPY. Solid tires (not air-filled) and no dual shocks mean you feel every bump. Smooth pavement is fine, but rough sidewalks or terrain? VERY BUMPY. That said, for the price, this scooter delivers outstanding value C unbeatable quality for the money.

This scooter is fantastic. I was initially doubtful due to its affordable price, but my daughter uses it constantly. The customer service team was outstanding, quickly assisting with troubleshooting. I plan to purchase another one once my younger daughter is old enough.
Pisom Siho –
Great scooter for my kid. Skip the app, it never functions properly.

Tested it on a 10-mile bike trail with no problems climbing hills. Still had battery remaining. Others in our group with e-bikes drained their batteries and had to pedal back. After transporting several e-bikes and e-scooters in our truck, we concluded scooters offer better range, are lighter, more compact, and cost the same as e-bikes.
First, there’s an option to set a custom PIN to power on the scooter, easily configured using the manual. The scooter also has a built-in cable lock requiring a PIN. Though not heavy-duty, it’s adequate for quick stops at convenience stores. We use it to secure multiple scooters together.
Overall, I’d recommend this for teens to adults. It might be too powerful for children under 8.

We have several GoTrax G4 scooters for the kids, so we know these scooters wellhow they operate and what to expect. The new W4MAX is perfect for me (the dad) to enjoy. At around 250lbs, I can easily hit 20mph without any problems. After riding several miles, the battery life has been impressive. The cruise control feature works smoothly and is a great addition. Compared to the older G4 models, I especially like the W4MAX’s tiresthey’re solid with dual front shock suspension, eliminating the need to hunt for an air compressor before rides. Another favorite is the large color screen, which is clear enough for me to see without reading glasses.

This scooter is exactly what I needed! Incredibly simple to put together and use. It folds up effortlessly, making storage a breeze. Absolutely perfect – highly recommended.

I initially loved the design concept, especially the turn signals, which is why I bought it. However, after test riding this model in NYC, I found it awful compared to my previous OKAI Neon, though the build quality is decent.
The reason for my return is the abrupt brakinganother reviewer mentioned the risk of falling at high speeds. I comfortably ride my OKAI at 20 mph, but with this one, I only dare go 12 mph due to wobbling and stuttering during acceleration. Keep in mind I weigh just 118 lbs, yet its still an issue. Sometimes the brakes dont stop immediately either.
The height is another problem. At 55″, I feel like Im hopping off rather than simply putting my foot down when stopping.
Maybe I got a defective unit, but Im not taking the risk. Its too dangerous for NYCs high traffic, especially with aggressive delivery riders. If youre in the suburbs, it might be finebut for New York, Ill pass.

This scooter was incredibly easy to assemble. Despite arriving in a large box that made me expect needing assistance, it only required attaching the handlebars with four included screws. The ride is exceptionally smooth and surprisingly fastalmost too fast for me, though my family adores it, especially the older kids. Battery performance is outstanding, with a single overnight charge lasting nearly a full day. The build quality is remarkable, absolutely justifying the price. Even my 7-year-old handles it with ease. Built to endure for years, I wholeheartedly recommend this scootermy neighbors are already ordering theirs for Christmas!
Bolixol Zikip –
This scooter is excellent. I have multiple electric scooters but wanted something with more power, and this model delivers perfectly while offering extra benefits.
The power is impressive. I usually stay under 12MPH since stopping at higher speeds (especially at intersections) is difficult. While the extra speed helps on bike paths or long stretches, it’s less practical in the city. However, the added power lets you accelerate faster and maintain speed uphillsomething my weaker scooters struggle with.
Operating it is just as intuitive as most other scooters once set up.
A standout feature is the built-in loop for a bike lock. My other scooters lack a fork at the base to thread a cable, leaving them unsecured. This design allows me to lock it properly and reduces theft risk. (Yes, the code lock disables it, but that wont stop someone from carrying it away.)
Overall, Im very satisfied.

Pros: Well made, good quality; cruise mode can be activated via app; LED strip makes rider visible at night. Cons: Maximum speed is 18mph; heat dissipation needs improvement in outdoor environments over 100F; battery life depends on motor output (riding speed) and ambient temperature. I bought it for my son as a commute tool between school and home, so quality was the top priority. That’s why I chose Amazon over T**u, even though they offer the same configuration for $100 less.

At first, I got the W4MAX and was thrilled with it. It surpassed all my expectations! However, after roughly two months, it was stolen from my office (it was securedI live half a mile from work and used it to commute downtown). I then opted for a GoTrax simply because it was cheaper. The GoTrax scooter I received was terriblethe brakes barely functioned, and the ride quality was poor. I returned it within days. After that, I bought a W4MAX S2 Plus and adore it just as much. In my view, W4MAX is the top scooter brand and has never let me down.
