My grandsons love his scooter. It was simple to assemble and very sturdy. I’m extremely happy with this purchaseit’s well worth the price. I highly recommend this product.

I received this a few days ago and was thrilled to use it! It works perfectly and takes me where I need to go. However, on the second day, I noticed the scooter’s latch comes loose over bumps, which is extremely dangerousit folded while I was riding, nearly causing me to fall into traffic. This seems like a major design flaw. A friend also mentioned missing parts upon delivery. The latch isn’t replaceable, and since I rely on this scooter for commuting, it feels like an unsafe ride.

I’ve owned this scooter for almost a month and can confidently give it five stars for its price range. That said, higher-priced models offer better alternatives.
This scooter has some distinctive features that may not suit everyone, but if it matches your needs, it’s unbeatable value. Ideal for:
– Commutes under 8 miles one way
– Riders under 225lbs
– Relatively flat terrain
Despite having solid tires, it performs well on wet surfaces. While not fully waterproof, it offers better water resistance than most scooters in this price range. Avoid heavy rain and puddles when possible.
The 350W motor struggles with inclines for heavier riders (near the 265lb limit), reducing top speed to 16MPH (18MPH in perfect conditions). For reference:
– I weigh 255lbs and use a dual 1000W motor scooter (34MPH vs advertised 40MPH)
– Heavier riders may want dual motors for commutes over 3-4 miles one way
The main drawback is the FST battery’s inconsistency – sometimes dropping to 8MPH at 50% charge. I ultimately returned mine due to this reliability issue.
For $500, it’s exceptional value:
– Solid build quality
– Surprisingly smooth ride for solid tires
– Higher weight capacity than competitors
– Spacious deck
– Easy folding mechanism
– Bright, sunlight-readable display
– Compatible with standard bike accessories
Battery notes:
– Below 225lbs, performance decline is less severe (12MPH minimum)
– Replacement batteries cost $150
– Consider upgrading to LG/Samsung when replacing
Tire considerations:
– No flats but rougher ride
– Softer compound improves comfort but wears faster
– Mine showed significant wear after 100-120 miles
– Affordable replacements available
In summary:
– Perfect for 220-250lb riders doing short/medium distances
– Under 220lb riders can expect 18MPH and ~18 mile range
– Best value under $500 despite battery concerns
– Excellent customer support for parts replacement

I really enjoy this scooter. The ride is smooth, the battery life is impressive, and its folding design makes storage convenient. That said, if your route includes many steep inclines, exercise caution. With a full charge, I typically reach 7-10 mph uphill, but when the battery is low, speed drops to 3-5 mph – still quicker than walking though. Overall, it’s an excellent choice for short trips and gentle slopes, but watch out for potholes and uneven surfaces.

We bought this in April, but the battery no longer charges. We tried new chargers, thinking that was the problem, but even with a new charger, the battery won’t hold a charge. Resolved: they were very helpful and sent a replacement battery.

I got this electric scooter because I wanted to try one with front suspension. Really glad I didthe ride is noticeably smoother! The deck is spacious enough to adjust my feet comfortably. As a bigger guy, I was impressed by its power and quick acceleration. Setup was easy, and it folds for portability (a bit heavy to carry everywhere, but manageable for car or bus trips). Havent tested the full range yet, but it stayed strong during my 45-minute rides. The battery is UL-certified, which is crucial for safety. No regretsIm loving every ride!

Great scooter for my kid. Skip the app, it never functions properly.
Zoe Baker –
A bit of assembly is needed to insert and secure the handlebars and connect a 4-prong wire joint (slightly fiddly). Sturdy build, appears well designed. My grandsons loved the turn signals and brake light. I purchased two; one functioned perfectly, while the other had reversed front and rear turn signalsthe handlebar indicators match the switch direction, but the rear ones blink opposite.

UPDATE: After nearly a year and a half of riding 5 days a week and covering at least 1500 miles, I’ve retired my first scooter. While I replaced the tires and the motor still runs well, it now needs new dampers and the battery won’t charge. I’m confident I can either find someone to repair it or sell it to someone willing to fix it. Meanwhile, I’ve just purchased another scooter – just like I said a year and a half ago, I LUV MY SCOOTER!
It’s been 10 months with my W4MAX. After moving to a small town with the nearest major city two hours away, I found scooter commuting works perfectly for me. The battery life, speed, and durability all meet the advertised claims. I’ve logged over 650 miles so far (though I wish it had an odometer).
My only complaint is needing weekly brake adjustments – as a first-time scooter owner, I’m unsure if this is normal. I’ve replaced the brake pads once already and will likely need to do so again soon. Otherwise, I maintain it by checking all stem and seat screws weekly and keeping the battery charged around 85%.
This has been an excellent purchase, and I wouldn’t hesitate to buy another.

It was alrightI used it for a few months to test if it worked well. I planned to write a glowing review, but it didnt deserve one. Its fast as advertised, but one day while riding, it suddenly shut off. I tried calling customer service, but no one answered. Theres zero support, and for such an expensive product, its unacceptable to just stop working.
Mia Hernandez –
Underpowered. It’s a decent device but falters on minor slopes. I want to return it for a model with a stronger motor.
Niklaus –
I’ve owned this scooter for nearly two weeks now, and here are my initial thoughts:
1. Build quality is excellent – feels sturdy and easily supports my 225 lb weight.
2. The app is mediocre – basic functionality with frequent Bluetooth connectivity issues (unsure if phone-related). Needs mapping features.
3. Excellent tires – solid yet grippy like pneumatic tires. Survived a construction staple puncture without issues.
4. Great bell.
5. Handlebars are too small – requires extensions for accessories like phone mounts.
6. Effective braking system – rear disc brake works well with supportive front regenerative braking.
7. Range seems overstated – after 1.5 miles, battery dropped to 90% (at 225 lb). Doubtful about advertised 25-mile range.
8. Rear shock absorption is minimal – front impacts still transmit through handlebars. Might help with seat use.
9. Lock feature requires scooter to remain powered on, draining battery slightly during use.
10. Deck hole (for optional seat) doubles as security point for chains – wish there was a dedicated locking mechanism.
Overall, I’m very pleased with this first scooter purchase and curious to see its long-term performance, particularly regarding battery life and actual range.

I’ve had this scooter for about a week now. Despite Seattle’s frequent rain, I’ve managed to take my dog out for runs a few times. Tonight marked our first clear evening in over a week, so we extended our ride by a couple extra miles. I’m gradually becoming more comfortable with the scooter – it accelerates quickly with just one push-off. The built-in lights and display are useful, though I haven’t tried the app yet. The sturdy construction supports my 235-pound frame well, though I’ve noticed significant speed reduction on even slight inclines. Currently I haven’t exceeded 13 mph, but I’ll increase speed as I gain confidence.
Two minor issues have emerged:
1) When climbing hills at low speed while maintaining throttle, the scooter unexpectedly engages cruise control (indicated by a beep). After cresting the hill when speed increases, applying either brake disengages cruise control quite abruptly. I’ve learned to barely tap the brake to disengage it smoothly, particularly with the left-hand electric brake.
2) Most controls are right-hand operated: acceleration, rear brake, and bell. The left-hand lever (same design as the throttle) controls regenerative braking that recharges the battery during gentle downhill braking, but lacks strong stopping power. I believe throttle and brakes should be on opposite sides.
Overall I’m really enjoying the scooter. As weather improves, I plan to take longer rides. Based on my research and its solid construction, I’m confident it will prove durable over time.

The W4MAX Electric Scooter has far surpassed my expectations! Right from the first ride, I was amazed by its smooth and stable performance, even on rough surfaces. Its 350W motor delivers impressive power, hitting speeds up to 19 mph, while the battery provides a reliable 25-mile range per charge depending on conditions.
This scooter boasts exceptional build quality with a robust frame and spacious deck. The large pneumatic tires absorb shocks brilliantly, offering a noticeably smoother ride compared to competitors. Safety features like responsive brakes and a clear LED display (visible even in direct sunlight) add to its appeal.
Perfect for urban commuting, it’s lightweight for stair climbing and compact enough for car trunks. Whether for daily travel, recreation, or quick errands, the W4MAX delivers outstanding performance at a reasonable price point. An absolute recommendation for anyone seeking quality electric mobility!

This scooter has been a lifesaver. My daughter has mobility challenges, and it helps her move around effortlessly. Folding and carrying the scooter is simple while she uses it. I’m thrilled she can navigate swiftly and safely now.
Lily Collins –
Wow! I’m absolutely thrilled with this scooter purchase! It’s AMAZING! Totally in love! My dog and I go scootering together – we can cruise at 6mph endlessly! Fantastic exercise for her! The battery lasts forever! Those red lights are awesome – super visible. Did extensive research before buying and definitely made the right choice! Heads up – it’s pretty heavy…so carrying it around can be challenging. Just flex those muscles! Best purchase ever!
Owena –
The scooter stopped functioning within six months of purchase. It would power on and operate briefly, but either the battery drained quickly or it wouldn’t restart after being turned off. I’ve been dealing with their customer support since November (now late January). They sent a replacement battery, which didn’t solve the problem. Each time I email them, they request a new video demonstration, and it takes days to get a response. The entire experience has been extremely frustrating. Prior to the malfunction, it was a decent scooter, but it should last longer than five months!
UPDATE: They eventually sent a replacement scooter for the defective one. I’ve adjusted my rating to three stars because when functional, it performed well. My 12-year-old son frequently used it for neighborhood and park rides.
Felix –
I just bought this electric scooter and I’m absolutely thrilled! The battery lasts incredibly long – I can commute to work and return without recharging. Its speed amazes me, and it tackles hills effortlessly. The folding mechanism makes apartment storage extremely convenient, while the lightweight build allows easy carrying when necessary. The responsive brakes provide great riding confidence too. This scooter is a perfect choice for anyone seeking an enjoyable, dependable commuting solution – highly recommended!
Annaliese –
The suspension isn’t very good, but it performs excellently on smooth roads. It just isn’t ideal for dirt roads (where we live). Size-wise, it accommodates my 6’4″, 250 lb husband perfectly, solving his usual sizing problems. Setup and breakdown are quick and effortless. Overall, it’s a solid scooter.
Zephyr –
Received this scooter today. Solid build quality and fast speed, though the acceleration and brakes are overly sensitive. Couldn’t activate ECO mode – only managed to switch between D and S modes.
