The screws for attaching the front bar got stuck without fully inserting and cannot be removed. The screw metal is very soft, causing bending, making tightening or unscrewing impossible. The company promised a prepaid return label for the scooter but sent a non-prepaid one marked “postage required.” I contacted them to request the correct prepaid label, but the issue remains unresolved. I will escalate this to Amazon Customer Service.
