Assembly was straightforward – just four screws in the handle and it’s ready to ride.

Update: After two weeks of heavy use, including towing my wife on a mountain bike with a 40-lb bag hanging from the handlebar hook, it still maintains 19 mph. The hard wheels aren’t ideal, but for a 36V battery, it’s impressive. I’m upgrading to the 48V model for $899.
