Unfortunately, one scooter stopped working after a few uses (the other still functions perfectly). I emailed the support team with a video of the issue, and they replied promptly (I only check emails in the evening). After reviewing the footage, they swiftly shipped a replacement and covered return shipping for the defective one. A few days later, they called to check if the new scooter was working well and if I was satisfied. Now that’s outstanding service!

Check out this video comparing tires for the same scooter model. The scooter’s name is barely visible on the severely worn tire. Additionally, the headlight is extremely dim despite being advertised as bright. Never ride this scooter at night!
