Online support was initially disorganized, and phone support consists of one person in Arizona available just 5 hours a day!
After persistent email exchanges, the support team sent a new handlebar. I installed it and got back on the road. I’m giving 3 stars due to two frustrating months—especially after owning it for such a short time. Now that Bluetooth and the app work properly, the scooter performs well and gets the job done. Hoping for no more issues!
