This is my second scooter from this seller. The first one had to be returned because it arrived severely damaged – the shipping box was torn open, paint was scraped off, and it looked terrible. I refused to pay full price for such a damaged product. After returning it, I ordered a replacement, but this one also arrived damaged. The kickstand’s plastic parts broke during shipping when it popped out of the box, snapping the two plastic rings that hold the spring. Since it was a Christmas gift, I had to keep it. I ordered a replacement kickstand from the manufacturer, which also arrived broken. The kickstand design is flawed – it will likely break under any pressure or impact. Be prepared for this issue. Aside from that, the scooter is enjoyable and well-built. The app functions well, and the overall construction is good.

The first scooter missed a rear fender screw and rattled violently. It was advertised to reach 19.5mph but barely hit 18 downhill, despite my 130lbs weight. Apart from these flaws, I adored it! Super easy to assemble straight from the box – just a few parts to screw on. The folding mechanism worked perfectly too!
