This scooter has significantly upgraded my daily routine. It allows me to complete tasks more efficiently, stay active while commuting, and appreciate nature. The powerful 350W motor easily handles my groceries. With a 23-mile range, frequent charging isn’t necessary. Its compact folding mechanism works perfectly for both home and office use. Five stars for life-changing convenience!

My W5Pro has been with me for more than a year and remains in excellent condition. The 350W motor displays no noticeable wear. The 36V 10.4Ah battery maintains good charge retention. Both the frame and wheels have withstood daily usage without significant issues. The folding function continues to operate smoothly. Full marks for long-lasting performance!

I owned a scooter before that I really liked, but the rear motor tire got a flat. Replacing it required completely disassembling the scooter. That’s why I chose this model with solid tiresthe ride isn’t as smooth, but I’ll never need to replace a tire. The deck is a bit small, but otherwise it’s great and was simple to assemble. My only complaint is the lack of adjustable regenerative brake settings; I find myself using the hand brake far too often with this scooter.

Getting around town has never been simpler. This scooter is fast, agile, and maintains a strong battery life, ideal for stress-free work commutes.

We purchased this for my 14-year-old son. He reported that the handlebars kept shifting from the front tire. Even after tightening them, the problem persisted. This led to him falling and breaking his arm. I noticed another customer experienced the same issue.

Searching for an electric scooter for my 13-year-old, this model performs excellently. It charges efficiently and maintains battery life well between charges. Simple to operate. Extremely durable, with a more affordable price compared to alternatives. Highly recommended.

This is among the best scooters available for $400. A few points to consider: It’s slightly heavier, which might make transportation challenging for smaller or less strong individuals – though this is common with similarly specced scooters. Keep this in mind since ultralight alternatives exist. The honeycomb tires eliminate flats but deliver a slightly rougher ride compared to pneumatic tires, an important factor for rough terrain. While it’s an excellent scooter overall, if your budget allows, consider upgrading to the W5Pro X 300 or The Pro Max for a few hundred dollars more.

I reached 19mph on this scooter and it felt incredibly fast. Always wear a helmet when riding. You do notice more road vibrations, but I mainly use it in parks and city streets. The speed makes riding super enjoyable. I could even surf by making wide swings. Assembly was nearly complete – just six screws to attach the handlebars, taking under 10 minutes mostly for unpacking. The app requires registration but makes adding the scooter simple. Once connected, you can view all scooter data – very handy. It folds easily and is lightweight, simpler to carry than my other scooter. Folded, it fits perfectly in my Tesla’s trunk with space to spare. Riding it through local parks is fantastic – truly a speedy thrill.

This is the greatest present I bought for my son (straight from his lips to my ears) – he absolutely adores it. Zero complaints so far.

I weigh 240 pounds. It performs well and lasts most of the day with intermittent use, though not as long as advertised for an adult. Setting it to push start works better than starting from a complete stop, since that consumes too much power. Still, it’s an excellent scooter, especially for the sale price.

The maximum speed can reach 19km/h. Watch out for ground cracks and pickpockets. Stay safe everyone.
Melina –
This electric scooter is incredibly lightweight and portable C I can effortlessly lift it with one hand. It folds in seconds, making it ideal for urban commuting or compact storage. Note: Traction decreases slightly on wet/muddy surfaces, but it glides beautifully on paved roads. A fantastic choice for daily transportation!

The scooter’s strengths include a sturdy build for its price and performance matching the advertised specs on flat ground. However, the assembly instructions were unclear (Step 2 referenced a nonexistent red cord), and its biggest flaw is the severe lack of power on even mild inclines. While I didnt expect it to handle steep hills, I was surprised that slight slopes reduced its speed to barely above walking pace (5-6 mph). On steeper gradients, it would stop entirely, making for a frustrating and unsafe experience in traffic. At 190 lbs (within its 220-lb limit), I suspect lighter riders (around 150 lbs) might fare better. This issue alone led me to return the W5 Pro F-1 within a day, despite wanting to like it. Compared to rental scooters (Bird, Lime, etc.), its power falls short.
Another downside is its weightdespite being foldable, its cumbersome to carry, contrary to the promotional videos misleading portrayal of effortless portability. Ultimately, this scooter suits lighter riders on flat terrain but feels more like a toy than a serious commuter option, which likely explains its budget-friendly price.

The scooter was meant to take me to work and back, but it failed to do so. It cost me nearly $300, caused significant stress, and forced me to wait three weeks hoping for a refund.
Journee –
The app appears to have limited functionality, but the scooter performs well. However, I can’t find where to buy replacement parts such as handlebar screws. I lost one screw, but the scooter remains stable and safe to ride. It reaches speeds of 16-17 mph, occasionally 18-19 mph on very smooth roads. The battery drains noticeably faster in cold weather, though this seems typical for most devices.

I’ve ridden 350W scooters that appeared significantly more powerful, especially on inclines. As mentioned, one of the two scooters failed after roughly 45 days – it won’t turn on despite attempting their recommended troubleshooting. Currently processing the return.
Benicio –
Excellent scooter! I ride it daily for my work commute. My workplace is around 10 miles from home, and it handles the round trip effortlessly. The actual range is closer to 15 miles per charge instead of the advertised 25, though I’m a heavier rider at 215lbs. When my scooter developed an issue, their customer service was outstanding – they shipped replacement parts and provided clear repair instructions. The problem was simple: after a fall, the brake handle got misaligned, triggering an F1 error that prevented acceleration. The fix was just readjusting the brake handle until the F1 warning disappeared. Thanks W5Pro for everything! ??

I bought this bike, but when I unboxed it, the bike looked extremely old with deep scratches and was in terrible condition, so I returned it. It’s been over three weeks since I sent it back, and I still haven’t received my refund. Is this a scam????
Jimena –
After a week of using this scooter, I’m thoroughly impressed. It easily handles my 20-mile weekly commute with just one charge – the battery performance is outstanding. My only complaint would be the slightly slippery tires, which make the ride somewhat unstable on wet or rough surfaces.

The factory warranty performed exceptionally well. I purchased two KS4 PRO scooters nearly a year ago and recently filed claims for bothone had a non-charging battery, the other a noisy front wheel motor. Processing took a few weeks, possibly due to my mistake of submitting a second claim within the initial one. Regardless, with patience and help from Hyboy’s representative, replacement parts arrived. I installed them myself.
My kids adore these scooters, and their friends want the same model. The W5Pro appears to be a high-quality product. I always prioritize purchasing items with available replacement parts, and based on this experience, I strongly recommend the W5Pro.
