Updating my review after experiencing incredible customer support. Here’s what happened: My daughter got stranded when her scooter locked up on the street. After my initial review, not only did 5th contact me, but they offered a full refund while explaining the issue and developing a solution. Their diligent work resolved the glitch, hopefully preventing others from facing the same problem.

Purchased this for my daughter’s college commute. On the first day, she locked the scooter via the app, but it became unresponsive afterward – unable to connect to the app or unlock.
Note: After contacting Amazon, the brand reached out offering help and deploying more engineers to fix the issue (they’re a startup). They appear trustworthy, so I’m giving them a chance to prove themselves. As a former engineer, I’ve offered to help test solutions. Currently, the app doesn’t work on Android, and iPhone functionality is uncertain due to binding issues. The scooter can be reset by connecting the charger, so it’s best not to lock it for now.

The battery holds charge well – he rides throughout his small town. Though unsafe, he even gave his little sister rides by carrying her in front. After 6 months of use, we’ve encountered zero problems. The scooter is durable and well-constructed – survived a fall on loose gravel. His friends own different brands but prefer riding his. Delivery was quick with perfect condition. Highly recommended! We store it indoors during winter to avoid battery freezing issues. An extremely enjoyable scooter!
