I commute using the S2 model, which I just got today. It reaches the speed I need, and ironically, I already crashed it. I was thrown off at 20 mph, with the scooter tumbling 6 feet behind me. After getting upwith some kind strangers calling my crash insaneI inspected the scooter and found only a slightly bent kickstand and a dirty handlebar, no major damage. This thing is built TOUGH. If you want a scooter that can handle abuse, this is it. I owe POCYBER an apology for my recklessness, though a hidden roadside rock caused the crash in the dark. Always wear protective gear.

I don’t mind the solid tiresthey’ll likely last longerbut they do make the ride less smooth. For the price, though, this scooter is fantastic. Easy to assemble and use.
Just a heads-up about the shaft latch: under the handlebar joint, there’s a foam piece you must remove during setup. If you don’t, the latch won’t engage. It blends in so well that I overlooked it multiple times.
