Update: After posting my review, the company reached out and provided a replacement part. My son enjoys his scooter very much, and I appreciate their responsiveness. Initially, I chose this scooter based on positive feedback about their customer service in another review. Unfortunately, my son’s rear reflector broke off, creating a safety concern, and despite two attempts, I couldn’t get any response from the company. I simply wanted to purchase a replacement reflector but received no reply. Aside from this issue, the scooter is speedy, simple to assemble, and appears to be well-made.
