I bought this item and it worked great. I did take a spill, so be aware that falls can happen because of its high speed. Use it carefully and keep in mind the battery doesn’t last long, making it unsuitable for long trips like traveling to California or other distant cities. It runs solely on electric power, so you’ll need nearby outlets; charging takes at least 5 hours. Ride with cautionthough I had a blast and still enjoy using it, even after my fall which only caused minor knee pain. Despite these points, it’s highly satisfying overall thanks to its fun performance.

This is quite small, suitable only for very young children, not older or taller kids. My 8-year-old son barely fits height-wise, though it still works for now. My 10-year-old is already too tall for it. Battery life isn’t an issue since he only rides around the apartment complex. He absolutely loves it and uses it constantly. The charging port cover fell off immediately and hasn’t been replaced, but otherwise there are no problems.

With a 110-pound weight limit, the handlebar remains at a comfortable height even at its maximum adjustment. This scooter suits kids up to age 12, depending on their size. While my 10-year-old wishes for higher speeds, they still have great fun riding it.

Revised: 08|01|2024 I had an electrical issue with my scooter and returned it to Amazon. That was my biggest mistakeI should have contacted the amazing support team at Fifth Wheel instead! Now I realize they would have done everything possible to make it right.
Amazon fought me over my refund, claiming my use of two shipping addresses was fraudulent. They refused to return my money unless I verified my ID, despite never requiring ID for the original $300 purchase. They essentially screwed themselves!
When Fifth Wheel heard about my situation, they offered a full refund. However, my $100 coupon had expired, and Amazon raised the scooter’s price, leaving me unable to afford the V30 even if I got my money backwhich, three weeks later, still hasnt happened. I suspect Amazon intentionally delayed my refund past Prime Day, when I could have repurchased the scooter at a discount.
Fifth Wheel didnt just offer a refundthey went above and beyond. Instead of just returning my money, they upgraded me to the V40 scooter for free! Ive never heard of such generosity from an overseas company. I promised to spread the word about their incredible service, and Im keeping that promise.
