We love our 5th Wheel scooterit’s been reliable and efficient! Its surprisingly fast for a scooter, and the folding lock mechanism works well. We did encounter an issue with the throttle, but customer service promptly sent a replacement. Later, when we had a battery problem, they were just as responsive and helpful, proving 5th Wheel stands behind their products by sending a new battery.
The reason I didnt give it 5 stars: the lights could be brighter, and the locking mechanism could use improvementsperhaps adding an alarm feature via the app. Still, I must commend this company for honoring their warranty and replacing the battery without hesitation. Their commitment to customer satisfaction is impressive.

The locking mechanism could not be engaged or released. A rubber grommet meant to prevent brake cable chafing was installed backward and wouldn’t fit properly. Four bolts requiring tightening were not flush. The battery life falls far short of the claimed 20 miles. The app doesn’t list the V30Pro, preventing registration. I contacted the manufacturer through the app about these issues but received no response. The instructions were inadequate and didn’t address any of the problems I encountered upon delivery. I’m uncertain if the app functions correctly since I couldn’t register my scooterlikely not. The turn signals and lights were good.
Update 10/11: Customer support has been excellent since we finally connected. They responded quickly to my email, though the aftersales@invanti.com address went to my spam folder (I was expecting communication from 5th Wheel). Krystal acknowledged the company’s mistakes but was committed to resolving them. They informed me that professionals are improving the app and offered a refund. Given their prompt and sincere efforts to make things right, I’ve decided to try 5th Wheel’s long-range scooter, the G1Pro.

Note: the 5th Wheel app is actually called InvantiMobility – this wasn’t clearly advertised and took some research to discover. Once installed, I could disable the scooter remotely (perfect for keeping certain siblings off – looking at you, Rex). The license plate holder and sticker broke off, but the company sent free replacements. My son’s aggressive braking means we’ll likely need a new front wheel after a year (about $60 shipped), which I’m fine with – I appreciate that replacement parts are available.
