The gauge problems are resolved. The motors are installed properly and functioning now, though I didn’t use the soldering pen they supplied. A finer-tipped tool would make the job much easier. It took me around 20 minutes to complete, and this was my first attempt.

I recently swapped out my halogen high and low beams for LEDs and got these to replace the halogen fog lights. Huge improvement! Each one took about 20 seconds to install. Just unclip the wire, twist out the old bulb, connect the new wire that snaps in effortlessly, and twist the LED bulbs into place. Fantastic upgrade.

First review: I installed these fog lights on August 21st and today (September 14th, 2024) they stopped working. Nice color while they lasted.

I installed these in a 16 Ford Transit Express. The original halogen bulbs were weak at best, with poor beam focus and inadequate right shoulder illumination. Beyond the brighter color temperature, the beam pattern is a remarkable upgrade. The recommended 3 and 9 o’clock chip orientation was perfectly executed. No oncoming drivers have flashed their brights at me so far. The packaging includes clear instructions and gloves to prevent chip contamination. While I can’t comment on DRL or CANBUS functionality, the instructions state the company provides free adapter harnesses if needed. Note that heavily hazed headlight lenses will diminish performance. Long-term durability remains the final test.

I bought these for the high beam in my C6 Corvette to replace the halogen bulbs. Just align the slot and twist them in. After replacing one bulb, I took a quick night drive with both the old and new bulbs installed, and I can confirm it’s a worthwhile upgrade. However, even though site listed these as the correct fit for my car, they’re too long for the weather covers to reattach. I’m not blaming the seller, as this could very well be an site issue.
