After three months, one headlight started dimming and then went out completely. When I contacted customer service, they promptly resolved the issue by sending me a brand-new set of bulbs. While the initial problem was frustrating, their quick, no-questions-asked response was a bright spot. Compared to other similar bulbs, these are exceptionally bright with no functionality issues and far more durable than standard halogen bulbs. There’s no annoying buzzing noise like you get with typical fan bulbs. Made from steel, aluminum, and plastic, they’re much sturdier than glass. Overall, my experience with this company has been fantastic, and I’d highly recommend them to anyone.
