I was changing the headlights on a 2009 vehicle. These were high-quality lights with a near-factory fit, though slightly larger. Despite being a tight fit, they did install properly. However, they triggered error messages, requiring a CAN bus adapter that connects between the car’s wiring and the light. Unfortunately, this adapter wouldn’t work with my 2009 Mercury. While the lights were clear and bright, they weren’t a viable solution for my specific car.
