POCYBER Trade Club is a paid wholesale programme for repair shops, parts stores and independent buyers in the United States. Membership is USD 199 per year, the wholesale tier applies from day one with no spend threshold to unlock it, the stocked-part minimum is 20–50 pieces or USD 200–500 in order value, and ignition parts carry an 18-month warranty from delivery date.
Everything below is the published programme terms, not a summary of a sales conversation. Where a term is confirmed only in a quote, the table says so.

What the USD 199 fee actually buys
Two things, and they are worth separating.
The first is the wholesale tier from the first order. There is no spend threshold to reach before wholesale pricing applies — the fee is what gets you into the tier, not what unlocks it after a qualifying volume.
The second is automatic tier progression at USD 5,000 and USD 15,000 of annual spend. Both steps happen without an application; the threshold crossing is the trigger.
What the fee is not: it is not a per-order charge, and it does not include freight. Transaction terms are FOB, EXW or DDP depending on the arrangement, with global warehouse drop shipping available.
The minimum order, precisely
Two different floors apply, and mixing them up is the most common source of a wasted quote request.
Standard, stocked parts: 20–50 pieces, or USD 200–500 in order value. Either threshold satisfies the minimum — this is a floor, not a target quantity.
Non-standard parts: quoted per part. The 20–50 piece floor does not apply. A manual quote through the sourcing desk sets the quantity, and no factory minimum is required to open that conversation.
The full set of sourcing-desk terms lives in Custom Sourcing Terms: 20-Unit MOQ and What We Do Not Do.
Warranty, and where the replacement happens
The 18-month term applies to ignition parts and starts at the delivery date.
When a part fails, the remedy is local: replacement or refund inside the United States. Photographs of the part and its batch marking are the evidence basis. The failed part is not shipped back to China.
That last point is deliberate rather than administrative. On low-value parts, return freight can exceed the value of the part itself, so a remedy that requires sending it back is not a remedy a buyer would use.
How an application runs
Four steps, in this order:
- Submit a business licence or tax ID — about three minutes.
- Human review — completed within 24 hours.
- Wholesale tiers become visible on approval.
- Tier upgrades happen automatically at the USD 5,000 and USD 15,000 annual spend thresholds.
Response time on the trade channel is 48 hours, business days.
What sits outside the programme
Three exclusions, published so a buyer can judge fit before sending a request:
- Orders above 10,000 pieces
- Custom tooling without drawings
- Counterfeit or re-branded goods
No certification claims are published. Buyers who need to verify a supplier certificate can do it directly in the IATF database.
