However, I find it strange that all the positive reviews are from “Amazon Vine Customer Review of Free Product” with no other customer feedbackseems biased. Because of this, Im giving it 3 stars for now. Ill update if my opinion changes after more use.
Update after 10 days: Struggles on hills, dropping to 4 mphmight return it for a more powerful model.
Update a month later: My daughter uses it at school and switched to the “D” and “S” (strong) settingsmuch better on hills now, and shes happy with it. For the price, it seems worth keeping.
Update Feb. 2025: The scooter got locked by the app and wont unlock. Found out if your phone loses binding after locking, youre stuck. Stopped using the lock feature until a fix is available.

While the solid tires make bumpy rides slightly rough, the scooter operates quietly without rattling. At 200lbs, it handles my weight well. My only caution is for riders over 200lbs in very hilly areas – consider a 750W or dual-motor model instead. On 5-7% grade hills, it maintains 8-10mph but slows during prolonged climbs. For riders under 180lbs, this scooter performs exceptionally well. Though noticeable in weight, it’s still manageable to carry.
