The shipping takes weeks, leaving you without transportation in between, which is unacceptable. These scooters have constant problems, especially with the motors.

I got this scooter in summer 2022 and only ride it on city streets. The suspension comes extremely tight from factory. First adjustment you should make is loosening the suspension nuts halfway with a 14mm wrench for better comfort. After several weeks, you’ll notice clattering sounds from the rear. Online searches mostly point to loose fender or clip issues – try those solutions first. If noise persists, the suspension needs lubrication. The rear suspension consists of parallel coil springs with bars running through a plate that holds the rear wheel. You must grease where these bars pass through the plate. Access requires pressing down on the suspension. Loosen the nuts almost completely, flip the scooter upside down, then press the rear wheel downward to expose the bar holes. Apply lithium grease here, work the suspension to spread the grease, then retighten nuts to your preferred setting (based on your weight). This eliminates the noise. The rear suspension performs exceptionally well with a seat attachment. The scooter’s main weakness is its rigid front wheel without suspension – you will eventually hit an unseen pothole and take a fall.
