So far so good, it easily reaches 19mph without issues, even on reasonably steep hills. On the steepest inclines I can find here, it maintains its maximum speed effortlessly. The acceleration is excellent too, providing a smooth ride. I’m 6’2″ and 198lbs as I write this, and the scooter is the perfect height for me. It consistently hits 19-20mph top speed, even when carrying a backpack with drinks, food, and work gear. Lol. Absolutely loving this scooter so far.

It has more power, but I ran out of space to test it further. There’s a clunking noise in the rear while riding. Also, use Loctite on all bolts, as they tend to loosen after about a month.

Once moving, acceleration is quick and responsive. Maintaining speed is effortless, whether holding steady throttle or coasting, though braking requires adjusting for momentum due to the scooter’s weight.
Despite my weight slightly exceeding the 220 lb limit, performance met expectations. It reached 15 mph on a straight half-block stretch, though my size likely strained it more than intended. Acceleration was snappy—imagine how much quicker it’d be for lighter riders. While marketed for commuting, it’s equally fun for short trips or cruising. The 10-16 mile range is decent, though the 30 lb weight makes it better suited for riding than carrying.
Build quality is robust—no flex in the deck, stable handlebars, and grippy tires. Folding involves pulling a knob and release bar, but the mechanism risks head bumps if not handled carefully, needing a redesign.
Overall, it’s a reliable commuter scooter and a solid investment. For primary or long-term use, I’d recommend the 300W version for extra range and safety. Ideal for campuses, paved trails, or neighborhoods, though added lighting and braking power would improve street safety. Highly recommended for both commuting and leisure.
