Even when brand new and fully charged to 100%, riding until empty multiple times only gave an average of 11 miles. The battery also plummets from 40% to zero extremely quickly. Essentially, your only usable battery range is between 100-85% – beyond that, it drops rapidly and unpredictably.

It features two gears. Gear shifting requires rapidly pressing the throttle twice. Unfortunately, we couldn’t switch from high gear back to low gear; the only solution was powering it off and restarting. A green side light indicates low gear, while blue signifies high gear. There’s no manual power switch – it automatically shuts off after brief inactivity, typically within 30-60 seconds. The unit arrived with minor damage.
