Many of this scooter’s features can only be accessed or controlled via the W5Pro applocking, cruise control, battery percentage, etc. The app is unreliable, support is inconsistent, and Bluetooth connectivity was problematic. I couldnt reset the app when it provided incorrect feedback (like charge status). Online support was initially disorganized, and phone support consists of one person in Arizona available just 5 hours a day!
After persistent email exchanges, the support team sent a new handlebar. I installed it and got back on the road. Im giving 3 stars due to two frustrating monthsespecially after owning it for such a short time. Now that Bluetooth and the app work properly, the scooter performs well and gets the job done. Hoping for no more issues!

Both of these showed an E7 error after just 10 rides. Impossible to reach customer service. Shocks are awful too. Only buy if you plan to ride exclusively on sidewalks.

Amazing scooter! Got it today, rode it today and here’s my review right now:
SPEED – Very fast scooter. You think you’ve hit top speed but it keeps accelerating gradually up to 19mph. Might not sound super fast but trust me, this scooter isn’t slow at all.
BATTERY LIFE – Impressive! Rode over 3 miles without dropping below 4 battery bars. Stayed at 5 bars the whole time, and the app showed 84% at 4 miles. For maximum range, maintain medium speeds instead of going full throttle constantly.
COMFORT – You’ll feel bumps, but on smooth surfaces it rides great. The puncture-proof tires are a major plus.
APP – Excellent! Updated from the product description. Lets you adjust eco/drive/sport mode speeds, lock the scooter in park mode (prevents rolling), and tracks mileage (though no GPS tracking).
NOISE – Quiet with smooth acceleration sounds.
BRAKES – Rate them 7.5/10. Not too sensitive or overly powerful, which could be an issue in emergencies. They’ll slow and stop you, just not instantly. Honestly the scooter’s weakest point.
Great scooter overall! My handlebars are slightly off-center but yours might be fine.

I can only go about 5 miles before the battery drops to the last 2 red bars, and it charges fully in just 2 hours. Not sure if something’s wrong, but it definitely doesn’t last as long as it should. I weigh 150 pounds and mostly ride in D mode – using S mode drains the battery even faster. The terrain here is completely flat.

Different from the brand I initially ordered and returned, which was too bulky C unlike this compact W5 Pro. The single hand brake makes it potentially dangerous on downhill slopes; dual brakes would be my only change. It required some practice to learn how to avoid serious accidents. Absolutely love it. Meets all my needs and fits my size perfectly. Range: 19-21 miles.
