The app connection process was straightforward and user-friendly. This scooter offers three speed levels with customizable limits, featuring Eco, Sport, and Normal modes. Eco mode operates only at level one, while Sport mode reaches level three. Since it’s my child’s first scooter, I kept it in Eco mode for safety. The build quality is outstanding – a well-made product that’s absolutely worth recommending. We’re thoroughly satisfied with our purchase!

I can bench press 225 pounds, yet I’m not strong enough for this latch! The manual suggests visiting W5Pros.com for support, but the site is down. This is hands down the worst Amazon purchase I’ve ever made. DO NOT BUY THIS.

The advertised 25-mile range per charge only applies under ideal conditions—my hilly route limits me to about 18 miles. My only suggestions would be a brighter headlight for night rides and app improvements. Overall, I highly recommend it both for commuting and leisure riding.
