UPDATE: POCYBER has demonstrated outstanding support in resolving my concerns, prompting me to raise my rating to 4 stars. This is an excellent scooter – stylish, user-friendly, with solid tires, disk brakes, bright lights, and good speed. However, two design issues remain:
UPDATE: Point 1 is more of a minor design flaw, while Point 2 remains significant.
1. Initially, the scooter lacked obvious locking points, but I’ve since discovered you can secure it behind the front wheel (on the angled section) with a tight-fitting lock.
2. The folding mechanism’s hook-and-loop design fails when tension is released, causing the scooter to unexpectedly unfold. For a 30lb vehicle, this poses safety risks during transport.
We’ve devised an imperfect temporary solution for the folding issue, but hope the locking method mentioned in Point 1 will provide a better alternative.
