Smooth ride, I get 18 mph not 15 :), but mileage is around 10 miles in 2nd/3rd mode… Excellent build quality with cruise control… Battery takes 6h to charge… Not sure how to lock it… But fun to ride and a great deal! I own a TST surfer e-bike so this is a perfect addition!

I thought it was broken because when I pressed the escalator button, it didn’t move. I was so angry! But actually, it has a zero-start protection. You need to ride it using your feet first. After it starts sliding, then you press the escalator button. Then it moves! It’s designed to protect you from trying to ride it at home since it’s too fast!

The most notable feature of this scooter is its sturdy base. While the thickness is necessary to house the motor and battery, the construction effectively safeguards the scooter’s core functionality.
Despite its robust base, the weight capacity is limited to 110 pounds. The restriction likely stems from the motor’s power rather than the frame’s strength.
The electric motor operates quietly. Charging requires a standard 120V outlet with a round adapter near the rear wheel. The side and front wheel lights add a stylish touch.
The handlebar assembly presents some drawbacks – it screws onto the base (a tedious process) and doesn’t fold flat for storage. Beyond steering, it offers no additional features.
The foot pedal design is problematic. Operation requires multiple steps: activating the power button, pushing off, then engaging the pedal. Switching to higher gear by double-pressing the pedal is inconsistent. The rubber-covered pedal’s durability is questionable.
Braking uses a standard rear-wheel pressure mechanism. Speed settings suit 6-year-olds but may disappoint older children.
A significant issue is the noisy rear wheel bearing, producing constant grinding sounds during rotation. This flaw nearly cost the product two stars in rating.
While the solid base is commendable, design flaws prevent this from being a 5-star product.

The company responded quickly to emails despite being based in Japan, and delivery was extremely fast. Overall, it’s a fantastic company. The scooter itself is great, lasting all day and proving very useful in my daily routine. Battery life outperforms previous scooters I’ve owned. The optional Bluetooth app is a game-changeronce connected (I regret not doing it sooner!), I discovered features like customizable modes, cruise control toggling, and a secure locking function to prevent unauthorized use (though it can still be carried).
The added seat is comfortable, absorbing road bumps effortlessly. It folds up neatly, and I can ride standing even with the seat attached. Customer support was exceptionalquick, helpful, and resolved my cruise control query immediately.
I wanted a well-rounded scooter, and this delivered perfectly. A FANTASTIC choiceI HIGHLY recommend it!!!

Customer service is helpful and responsivewhen I accidentally switched off Sport mode (which offers higher speed), they quickly corrected my mistake. Very satisfied with this purchase, it’s excellent value for money.

Nice and simple. Perfect for short commutes. Most scooters are too heavy, but this one is lightweight. It doesn’t go as fast as others, but the speed is sufficient. The best feature is its manageable weight, especially when carrying it upstairs – much easier than previous scooters I’ve owned. One of my best purchases in years. Great for short distances, charges quickly, though the ride can be bumpy. I often ride on my toes to absorb shocks. Features three speed settings and includes front and brake lights. The slowest speed works well for kids!

I ride this scooter to commute to work and back. One day I forgot to charge it but it had 70% battery, so I used it anyway. When I arrived at work, the app showed 52% remaining. I thought that would be enough for the return trip. Later when leaving work, I started riding home with just one battery bar showing a critical level. Fortunately, I had to stop at a traffic light to cross the street, during which the battery regained some charge intermittently. After some time, the scooter wouldn’t move forward despite showing one bar. The app displayed 27% battery, which confused me since it prevented movement at that level. I started walking, then two bars suddenly appeared, but the scooter still wouldn’t accelerate. Eventually I had to walk the rest of the way home.
